double stamp fridays

The first Friday of each month is now Double Stamp Friday at Bliss Yarns. For those unfamiliar with our frequent buyer card, for each $20 spent in the store - per day - you will receive a stamp. When the card has been stamped 10 times, you can take $20 off of your next purchase. On double stamp days, you will receive two stamps for each $20 spent. Think of it as earning even more money while shopping!

the einstein coat KAL

This is the perfect Knit-A-Long for the new knitters or experienced ones that want some company. There is not a purl stitch to be found in the pattern! The coat includes generous size options - 42" to 62" for the bulky version and 40" to 56" for the worsted version - so there is something for everyone. We will begin on Friday, September 10th, and will meet each Friday morning during September and October. You will have a great new coat just as the weather really cools down!

feed your creativity KAL

Starting in August, we will start a KAL that provides an opportunity to try a new yarn each month. Kollage Yarns will start "feeding our creativity" with different yarns and patterns each month (taking off November and December) during the next year. We will send an email each month detailing the project and announcing the number of spaces available.

sit 'n stitch

Each Thursday night from 5-8pm we host an open Sit 'N Stitch. Bring any project you like and come join the fun. You will find all knitters, spinners and weavers of all ages and experience levels, but we all share a love of fiber.

sock yarn swap

Each Thursday we host Sit 'N Stitch, but the first Thursday of the month is also our Sock Yarn Swap night. Many are working on the mitered square blanket created by The Heathen Housewife. We have decided it is much more fun to have as many different varieties of sock yarn for you to get your hands on. If you would like to participate you will need to bring your leftovers in 10 or 20 yard cuttings.
