September Class Schedule

a little less conversation...more knitting

You will learn to cast on, knit, purl and bind off all while making your first pair of mittens. Once the class is over, you will officially be a knitter! Students must be 15 years of age.

Tuesday, September 7, 9-11am, September 14 & 21, 9-10:30am

cover your suspicious mind with a hat

Are you tired of scarves? This class is for you. You will learn decreasing, knitting in the round, using double pointed needles and basic pattern reading. After this class you will be ready for most anything.

skills necessary: knit and purl

2 sessions (1st session 1 hour, 2nd session 2 hours)

Fee: $40 plus materials

Wednesdays, September 22, 9-10am & September 29, 9-11am

it’s now or never...get finished

You have completed all of the knitting and now it is time to put it together. Learn the best way to seam and pick up stitches for all of your projects, as well as the best type of cast on and bind off.

Prerequisites: homework completion prior to class

private lesson

If you have difficulty committing to class schedules and times, or prefer a smaller setting, we offer private lessons. This hour will be spent covering your requests.

Fee: $25 per hour

* Class will start promptly on time and end on time.

* All supplies must be purchased before class. We offer a 10% discount on supplies purchased for class.
